The Department of Tourism offers Bursary opportunities to South African graduates studying (Diploma / Degree/ Hons/ MSc/ M Tech Masters/ PhD) in fields listed below:

Duration: The contract will be for the remainder of the study, renewable annually based on academic progress. Successful candidates will sign a bursary contract.
Requirements: Applications forms must be sent via email or hand delivered by not later than the closing date. Bursaries are open only for full-time studies with any accredited institution in South Africa.
Apply as follows: Applicants must complete the Bursary Application Form, certified copies of certificates, academic transcripts and an ID document, proof of registration, proof of guardian’s income and motivational letter.
Application forms are available on Tourism Departmental website (www.tourism.gov.za) or at reception of the Department of Tourism.
