EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
Grade 10
Grade 12 and N6 relevant qualifications be an added advantage.
Minimum throe years’ experience in built environment.
Physical good health.
Good knowledge of tools and equipment. safe handling, and aftercare, including chainsaw. lawnmowers, brush Cutters etc.
Ability to assist with general maintenance end repairs to types Of infrastructure. Basic knowledge Of and safety in the workplace.
handling and use Of power tools Will be an added advantage.
Possession Of some relevant technical certificates Will be on added advantage.
DUTIES G RESPONSIBILITIES
perform semi-skilled tasks that mag include electric work, welding, thatching, building, carpentry, painting, plumbing, tiling. paving etc. in accordance with predetermined qualitg and productivity standards.
Perform routine maintenance of facilities such as lodge and staff accommodation. swimming pools. ablution blocks, roads, fences, administration, and offices.
Performing duties of o technical nature within the incumbent’s capabilities. Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as required by Supervisor/ Management. performing biodiversity offsets duties as required by Supervisor/ Management.
Ensure safety Within the work environment and for Others.
Be able to work under pressure as as overtime if so required. Be reliable. responsible, dependable, and fulfilling job obligations. Ability to learn Other technical skills.
