Customer Service X2 – Kellogg’s

Primary purpose of the role
To proactively provide a central point of communication for clients, customers, and internal departments. To Achieve & sustain Service Excellence by assisting CSM with all related areas.

Key Accountabilities
Daily Communicate & Change Expected Delivery Dates
Daily Log & Communicate all delivery delays to all Customers / Principals
Log & communicate special, add on, collections requests with Operations & feedback to Principals
Compile weekly reports for Management
Identify problem areas, and liaise with management
Work closely with other departments to ensure Client & Customer needs are dealt with and Customer Service Levels are maintained within the agreed SLA’s
Work is task driven; person must be prepared to complete tasks before taking any breaks (lunch, tea)

2/3 years warehousing/logistics experience
2 – 3 years warehousing / logistics experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent typing skills
Good Problem solving & follow through ability
Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment
