Purpose of the Position:
To plan and co-ordinate events related to the successful execution of sports productions.

Key Performance Objectives

Tasks

Production Scheduling and Planning

Perform end to end scheduling activities of the content crew in every sports production, maintaining a balance between cost efficiency, business rules, scheduling guidelines and production requirement.
Ensure that bookings of a production event are done on the company systems (SOBER and Google drive) timeously.
Ensure travel & logistics are done timeously to manage costs effectively. (within MCG travel policy)
Distribution of schedules and call times effectively and timeously with the content crew.
Timeous reconciling of productions (on SOBER within SOP not affecting payroll and S&T)

Supplier PO’s and Onboarding

Processing of department invoices in line with budgets and within procurement policy (PO & Contract before work is done)
Onboarding of new suppliers for department
Manage supplier queries with the support of finance.

ISP and Freelancer invoicing

Ensure that all ISP and freelancer shifts are loaded / scheduled on SOBER.
Monthly submission of ISP and freelancer invoices ensuring completeness (all invoices vs SOBER shifts) and within finance deadline.
Ensure that all ISP claims are processed and paid within the finance deadlines.

Qualification:
A matric certificate or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification

Qualification Preferred:
A post matric certificate

Experience

A minimum 2-3 years’ experience in project or production coordination role
