Job Description

Accountable for specific quality outcomes assigned from any stage of the digital product lifecycle.  This could include project deliverables during the building phase or span to include customer feedback analysis or actions from the post launch phase

Accountable to deliver on specific KPIs from the the various end to end cross functional processes.  Takes accountability to execute on key tasks to achieve operational outcomes for the team

Supports Social media strategy and implementation

Acts a point of contact among executives, employees and other external partners

Managing information flow in a timely manner

Manage acceptance and processing of invoicing

On occasion will be required to document meetings and meeting outcomes

Adheres to all standards, governance and risk protocols when executing key deliverables

Accountable to deliver specific actions, tasks and project deliverables that are required to achieve specific commercial outcomes for the product.  Gathers the required data and MI for decision making and identification of opportunities

Delivers on assigned continuous improvement tasks to improve the functioning of the chapter. Commits to continuous learning and self improvement to stay informed on digital best practices

Delivers on assigned outcomes in innovation experiments and R&D.  Provides a view on experiments and works with teams to create new solutions

The required quality outputs are defined within shorter release intervals  and the nature of the allocated outcomes will vary to provide exposure towards the full suite of digital core capabilities

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
