Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die administrasie afdeling
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- 1 -2 jaar ondervinding in handelsomgewing;
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Syfervaardig;
- Goeie organisasie vermoë;
- Goeie verkopevaardighede.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Hanteer fakture en joernale;
- Byhou van administrasie.
Main purpose of the position:
Effective handling of all administrative tasks with regard to the administration department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- 2-3 years experience in a trade branch a recommendation;
Skills:
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Good numerical ability;
- Good organisational skills;
- Good sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining administration;
- Handle invoices and journals.
