Job Description

Kern doel van die pos:

Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die administrasie afdeling

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12;
  • 1 -2 jaar ondervinding in handelsomgewing;

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
  • Syfervaardig;
  • Goeie organisasie vermoë;
  • Goeie verkopevaardighede.

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Hanteer fakture en joernale;
  • Byhou van administrasie.

Main purpose of the position:

Effective handling of all administrative tasks with regard to the administration department.

Minimum Requirements:          

  • Grade 12;
  • 2-3 years experience in a trade branch a recommendation;

Skills:

  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Good numerical ability;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Good sales skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining administration;
  • Handle invoices and journals.
