Learnership For People Living With Disabilities

Job Description

IQbusiness has been appointed to support Microsoft South Africa in recruiting candidates for their Learnership commencing on 1 August 2023.   

This is a 12-month learnership.  The learnership comprises of work experience and several training courses.  We need to recruit 9 x learners with disabilities for this learnership.

The learners will be assigned to the specific business units aligned to their skills and competency in the organisation namely:

  • Marketing (1x)
  • Human Resources (1 x)
  • Enterprise & Supplier Development (2 x)
  • Account Management (2 x)
  • Data Centre (2 x)
  • Business Management (1x)

The successful candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 29 and be in possession of a degree as listed below:

Applicable degrees:

  • STEM or related field;
  • BA Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations or related;
  • BA HR, Legal, Business, Psychology or related.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is ideal (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

A stipend (salary) will be on offer for the full duration of the learnership.

Successful candidates will be issued with a laptop and mobile data.

Full onboarding will be provided on commencement of the learnership.

Various training courses will be supplied as part of the learnership including Project Management NQF 4.

50/50 Hybrid and in office at Microsoft SA.

Monthly Formal training sessions: 2 to 3 days consecutively from 9am to 3pm for 10 months

Microsoft is located in Bryanston and Parking available; Gautrain Bus Stop; Taxi rank and bus stop within walking distance.
