Job description
Responsible for the efficient and accurate screening of applications and supporting documentation to create or amend a BKB customer profile. The capturing of data to maintain a centralized customer profile that are linked to debtors and Creditors sub accounts on Syspro for BKB and all subsidiary companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Knowledge of Syspro
- 2 years working experience in a data capturing and/ or administrative environment.
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans / English)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
- Creating/ maintaining of customer/ supplier profiles on Syspro that result in a correct uniform set of customer/ supplier data within the BKB group.
- Handling of enquiries regarding account holder information.
- Verification and activation of customers registering on the BKB portal.
- Filing and scanning of documents.
